(1)城市污泥高效预处理技术的原理与应用
城市污泥具有成分复杂,难生物降解,含有毒性抑制物质等特点,为提高污泥厌氧发酵效率,必须对污泥进行适当的预处理。课题组研究了物理(热、蒸汽爆破)、化学(酸、碱)以及生物(酶)等各种预处理方法对污泥有机质的水解、有机质和氮、磷的释放、污泥流变学参数的影响,同时比较了各种方法对厌氧发酵产酸,产气效率的影响。揭示了预处理方法对污泥的影响机制,研发了适合于污泥高效厌氧发酵处理的预处理技术手段。
