(2)污泥发酵产酸的微生物机理与技术开发
污泥中含有丰富的有机质,将污泥中的有机质转化为高附加值的产品(有机酸、沼气)是实现污泥资源化利用的重要途径。本方向致力于研究污泥产酸发酵过程中微生物的种群变化机制、不同功能种群微生物在发酵产酸过程的协作机制以及同型产乙酸菌在产酸发酵中的贡献等基础微生物理论。同时,针对微生物以及产酸过程的特点,揭示了厌氧微生物产酸机制、研发了污泥厌氧发酵定向产酸、产氢产酸/同型产乙酸耦合定向产酸、pH调控定向产乙酸、共消化产酸、污泥高含固发酵产酸等一系列产酸调控策略,构建了污泥发酵定向产酸新工艺,并建设了国内第一条实际的污泥产酸发酵生产线,获得了“简浩然”优秀环境工程奖。
